Accedendo o utilizzando Gigcoms (gigcoms.com), accetti questi Termini di Servizio. Se non accetti questi termini, non utilizzare il servizio.

Gigcoms è una piattaforma per gestire prenotazioni di musica dal vivo e comunicazione. Il servizio include:

• Creare, gestire e monitorare prenotazioni tra artisti e booker
• Generare e firmare contratti digitali
• Messaggistica tra le parti coinvolte nelle prenotazioni
• Un assistente basato su IA per aiutare a gestire prenotazioni, contratti e comunicazione
• Integrazione con canali di messaggistica esterni (WhatsApp, email) tramite account collegati
• Technical rider management and shareable rider pages
• Advance sheets for day-of-gig coordination
• Public booking pages with availability calendars

• Devi fornire informazioni accurate e complete quando crei un account
• Sei responsabile della sicurezza delle tue credenziali
• Non puoi creare più account per la stessa persona
• Devi avere almeno 16 anni per utilizzare il servizio

Accetti di non:

• Utilizzare il servizio solo per scopi leciti relativi a prenotazioni musicali e gestione eventi
• Inviare spam, messaggi non richiesti o abusare del sistema di messaggistica
• Effettuare scraping, crawling o estrarre automaticamente dati dal servizio
• Impersonare un'altra persona o entità
• Caricare codice malevolo o tentare di compromettere il servizio

• Gigcoms fornisce un assistente IA per aiutarti a gestire le tue prenotazioni e comunicazione
• Sei responsabile della revisione e approvazione delle azioni compiute dall'IA per tuo conto
• I contenuti generati dall'IA (messaggi, contratti, suggerimenti) possono contenere errori. Verifica sempre i dettagli importanti prima di confermare
• Quando l'IA risponde per tuo conto tramite canali collegati, rimani responsabile del contenuto
• AI auto-negotiation operates within the rules you configure. You can require manual approval for all AI responses.

Mantieni la proprietà di tutti i contenuti che crei su Gigcoms, inclusi profili, prenotazioni, contratti e messaggi.

Concedi a Gigcoms una licenza limitata per archiviare, elaborare e visualizzare i tuoi contenuti nella misura necessaria per fornire il servizio.

When you enable your public profile, the following information is visible to anyone:

• Your artist name, bio, avatar, location, and social media links
• Your availability calendar (booked/available dates, not booking details)
• Public testimonials from past clients
• Your gig history (venue names, cities, dates)
• Your technical rider (if published)

You can disable your public profile at any time in Settings. This immediately removes your page from public access.

• Payments processed through Stripe are subject to Stripe's terms of service and processing fees.
• Deposits collected via GigComs are held by the artist's connected Stripe account, not by GigComs.

• The GigComs name, logo, and branding are the property of GigComs ApS.
• You may not use our branding without written permission, except for the "Powered by GigComs" badge on your public page and embedded widgets.
• Contract templates provided by GigComs are for your use on the platform. They do not constitute legal advice.

Some features may be labeled "Beta" or "Preview". These features:

• May change or be removed without notice
• May have reduced reliability or performance
• Are provided "as is" without warranty
• Your feedback on beta features helps us improve the product

• Puoi eliminare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento dalle impostazioni o contattandoci

• Active bookings and contracts remain valid between the parties regardless of account status on GigComs.

Gigcoms viene fornito senza garanzie di alcun tipo, esplicite o implicite. Non garantiamo un servizio ininterrotto o privo di errori.

Nella misura massima consentita dalla legge, Gigcoms non sarà responsabile per danni indiretti, incidentali o consequenziali derivanti dall'uso del servizio.

GigComs is not a party to bookings between artists and bookers. We are a platform that facilitates communication and management — we do not guarantee performance, payment, or attendance at events.

You agree to indemnify and hold GigComs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Content you create or share through the platform
• Disputes between you and other users or clients
• Your violation of these terms

In the event of a dispute:

• Step 1: Contact us at legal@gigcoms.com. We will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.
• Step 2: If unresolved, either party may initiate mediation through the Danish Mediation Institute.
• Step 3: Questi termini sono regolati dalle leggi della Danimarca. Le controversie saranno risolte presso i tribunali di Copenaghen, Danimarca.

• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Entire agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GigComs.
• Force majeure: GigComs is not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government actions, internet outages).
• Changes: Potremmo aggiornare questi termini di tanto in tanto. Informeremo gli utenti di modifiche significative via email o notifica in-app. L'uso continuato del servizio dopo le modifiche costituisce accettazione dei termini aggiornati.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms. GigComs may assign its rights in connection with a merger or acquisition.
