GigComs started behind the decks. After over a decade of DJing — clubs, festivals, private events, weddings — the founder had seen every side of the booking chaos. Endless email threads, contracts written on napkins, invoices lost in spreadsheets, double-booked weekends, and fees that never got paid.
The tools that existed were either built for massive agencies or designed by people who'd never set foot in a DJ booth. Nothing was built for the independent artist grinding through their own bookings. So we built it ourselves.
